Drawbags for randomly selecting powers for each player are included at the bottom right corner of the table. Not that I am aware of, but you could try using the popular Combat Simulator calculator as a starting point. Control Tokens are not selectable with a drag box, making moving armies easier. Snap locations for all Control Tokens were added on the map.

The second state on Control Tokens is used for control of Capital Regions. Press this at the end of each Power's turn. The Collect Income button (labeled +) below each Power's income counter will add that Power's current income to their IPC counter. Each Power has an IPC counter (representing their current IPC count) above their player space and an income counter (representing how many IPCs they will collect during the Collect Income Phase) below the map. Note that Naval Mines and Artillery bombardments against amphibious assaults are not included on the Battle Board as these happen before Combat. The second state of the Battle Board is for Naval Combat. Axis and Allies is also part of the Axis and Allies series. Axis and Allies was based on a board game.
